Section 42 Qualified Contract Provisions

Section 42(h)(6)(I) provides that the Agency must present the qualified contract within the 1-year period... No reference is made that prevents an Agency from adding language to their QAP that "by submitting an application for LIHTC's, the applicant waives the right to request the Agency to find a qualified contact." This language is in the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority's QAP.
