EACA plans may allow for permissible withdrawals. If a QACA plan incorporates all the requirements of EACA then may the QACA plan allow permissible withdrawals? If not, then if an EACA plan adds the requirements to satisfy QACA, are permissible withdrawals no longer allowed? It seems there is a progression from ACA to EACA to QACA? It also seems that a QACA plan that includes QDIA funds should be able to allow permissible withdrawals. I would appreciate your comments. Thank You
