The Pension Committee of the American Academy of Actuaries respectfully requests the opportunity to testify at the February 25, 2010 public hearing on proposed regulations governing the performance of actuarial services under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). The Pension Committee previously submitted written comments on November 20, 2009. An outline of topics we plan to discuss is attached.
