Comment on FR Doc # 2010-08599

I am asking that HHS make sure that medical loss ratios are not "gamed" by insurance companies reclassifying administrative costs as medical care costs. Rules that spell out what can properly be classified as medical care costs need to be implemented as soon as possible. After watching insurance CEOs' testimony to Congress before the passage of the new health care bill, I do not believe they can be trusted to "do the right thing". They need to be firmly regulated. I support regulation of health care insurance companies as a necessary requirement of doing business.
