Withholding on Payments by Government Entities to Persons Providing Property or Services

We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business and provide services to the US Govt. Your proposed rule to withhold 3% of our pay will severely impact our ability to provide these services to the govt. We must pay the salaries of our employees, pay business expenses and other bills and the withholding of 3% of our payments until a later date will impact our ability to remain in business or will increase our overhead costs and will impact our ability to competively win future contracts.
