Modification to Regulation Concerning the Revocation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Orders

The Chinese National Federation of Industries (CNFI) is very pleased that the U.S. government requests for public comment. CNFI would like to suggest that the Department of Commerce (as “Commerce”) rebuild a more efficient and less rigorous process for administrative reviews and keep unchanged the current regulations concerning the revocation of AD and CVD orders for individual companies.
