Increased disclosure is sorely needed, and more than welcome. Those who ultimately pay the bills should know how their money is being spent. Whether the entity is a public corporation, a nonprofit 501(C)3, a union, or a consortium, common sense rules that allow stakeholders to spot misfeasances or malfeasances shoud be required. Labor organizations should get no privileges that manufacturing organizations get, and I would like to see the same rules applied to all. Respectfully submitted, Donald L. Gerber.
