The records of these "trusts" should be required to have full disclosure. The American people, and the people who contribute to them deserve to know where the money is going. Transparency is an achievable goal that should be worked towards; therefore these proposed rules are a step backwards, and in the wrong direction. Please reconsider instituting these rules as a method of the promised transparency from the Administration.
