Having been in a small business, I see no reason that a business should have to report who they hire or how much they pay in order to learn what they can do to provide employees with both sides of the issue of organizing. This change works to intimidate business and promote unions. Employees have the right to hear both sides of an argument without putting further burdens on the employer.
