Re: MARAD – 2011 - 0106 To Whom It May Concern We have no objection to the request for a waiver to commercially operate the vessel CORSAIRE in the Hawaii area. However, we request that any waiver granted to the CORSAIRE should expressly deny authority to carry passengers for hire and/or offer tours or other commercial services in Alaska waters as there are more than enough US - flag vessels operating and available for hire in Alaska, including our own US - flag vessels.
