Dear Secretary Salazar, I wish to thank you for your service to this country and look forward to hearing more from you in the future. I do wish to urge you continue the 2010-2015 Draft Proposed OCS Progam as it already is- I do not wish to see a rollback of accessibility to energy resources, and the accompanying scarcity if these are restricted further than at present.
