Dear Minerals Management Service, I am writing to you in regard to the MMS's proposal to use oil rigs for alternative purposes. I am strongly opposed to your proposal for the following reasons: - the oil companies agreed to dismantle the oil rigs before they built them and should be held to their agreement - we don't want fish farming in the ocean as it is a hazard to the environment Please make sure the oil rigs get taken down.
