Alternative Energy and Alternate Uses of Existing Facilities on the Outer Continental Shelf

Please do not allow ocean fish farms near oil rigs and other energy facilities. Such facilities have not been proven to be environmentally responsible. As an advocate for sustainable ocean management I highly oppose such developments. T. Greenaway
