The use of foglights should be banned on clear nights and strictly enforced by police. Installation of illegal foglamps should be outlawed. These would be the overly bright foglamps aimed too HIGH. Again, police enforcement is a must. The U.S. should adopt a more European standard for automotive lighting in general.
