THIS AGENCY IS FAILING TO PERFORM THE MOST IMPORTANT PARTS OF THE MOTOR VEHCILE THEFT LAW ENFORCEMENT ACT. I THINK THE FOCUS OF THIS AGENCY SHOULD BE ON INCREASED CRIMINAL PENALTIES FOR THOSE WHO TRAFFIC IN STOLEN VEHICLES AND PARTS, CURTAILMENT OF THE TRANSPORT OF STOLEN MOTOR VEHICLES, IF YOU FOCUS ON ONE OR TWO THINGS, PERHAPS YOU CAN DO A DECENT JOB. RIGHT NOW YOU HAVE EXPANDED WHAT YOU DO TO TOO MANY THINGS SO YOU DO NOTHING RIGHT OR CORRECT OR HELPFUL. FOCUS. FOCUS. FOCUS.
