Parker Hannifin has reviewed the proposed changes in this docket and agrees they would advance safety, enhance design productivity, and encourage competitive product development over the existing rule. Parker Hannifin has subjected their existing Plastic Air Brake Tubing products to this docket's proposed test procedure revisions (S11.3.12 , S11.3.13, S12.13 & S12.14) and concludes they are capable of conformance.
