Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Roof Crush Resistance

It is not the responsibility of any Federal government agency to create standards for the design of automobile roofs. There is no constitutional provision for the government to interfere with private property. Stop wasting my tax dollars. The auto companies can surely do a better design job than some bureaucrat in Washington. Dennis Callan
