Petition for Approval of Alternate Odometer Disclosure Requirements

Oregon Driver and Motor Vehicle Services has no problems or issues with Virginia's petition. In fact, it appears that the method offered by Virginia for capturing and retaining odometer disclosure information provides a more secure process than currently provided for in federal law.
