Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Occupant Crash Protection

It is important that the lockability standard continue. The public is generally unaware of LATCH which continues to be underused. In addition, seats with high weight harnesses need locking belts to secure the safety seat since LATCH does not accomodate the higher weight limits. It is time to remove the sunset clause.
