It is silly to use a gas hog for short trips around town. Here, maximum town speeds are 35 mph anyway. Can you imagine the savings for food delivery vehicles - solar charging stands, electric MSVs - it would change their entire profit structure, and allow expansion. The possibilities are endless - court runners, parts runners, real estate, mail delivery, etc. In this time of high gas prices and environmental awareness, an MSV category is the responsible thing to do for the American people.
