The need for a MSEV class very important. 1) 25 mph in a 35 mph zone in fast paced (speeding) traffic in the major cities can be unsafe 2) The general public is tired of the big oil companies overcharging for fuel and would like to have safe, low- cost alternative mode of transportation in the inner cities and small communities. 3) The general public is ready and willing to help our government fight C02 emissions and feel they need to do what they can with what is available today, however they feel unsafe in a 25 mph vehicle in speeding traffic, they are only asking to keep up with traffic. 4) As a supplier of NEV's the current Fed. Law of 25 MPH has seriously lowered the demand for the retail sales of NEV's to the general public even though we supplier vehicles that meet low speed crash requirements. 5) Currently NHTSA has no crash or fatality data in which to back thier ruling. We are all trying to reduce or Carbon footprint.
