Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards; Motorcycle Helmets

The helmet should be the last thing we spend any time and money on. Awareness PSA' and education are more effective and will save more lives. I'm tired of NHTSA wasting MY money on things that will not help stop ROW (right of way) violations. Be Aware, Motorcycles are out there in GREATER numbers. Stop what you are doing and start saving lives. Free men well not stand for this much longer. NHTSA should be dissolved.
