Your helmet proposal is another waste of dollars. You are spending money on band aids when you should spend it on education. That going to save more lives and piss off less people. This Helmet thing needs to go back to a personal choice. PERIOD!! A COUNTRY FOUNDED ON FREEDOM SHOULD STAY FREE.
