Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards: Roof Crush Resistance; Phase-In Reporting Requirements

People are punished for wearing their seatbelt in a vehicle with a weak roof in a rollover crash. This proposed update to the roofcrush standard falls way short of what it is supposed to be. After 38 years...what a shame.
