These comments are submitted on behalf of the Heavy Duty Brake Manufacturers Council (HDBMC), which is a product council of the Heavy Duty Manufacturers Association (HDMA). HDBMC members are providers of anti-lock braking systems, foundation brakes, actuators, hubs, drums, rotors, friction materials, brake control and electronic components and systems for medium- and heavy-duty trucks, buses, and trailers in North America.
