Dear Madams, Dear Sirs, as a worldwide manufacturer of brake components, we greatly appreciate the revision of FMVSS 116 and especially the incorporation of EPDM referee material into FMVSS 116 as the main feature of the amending proposal. We would like to give our comments on two main items of the Proposal: 1. Compatibility Fluid RM 66-05 2.
