SaviCorp, Inc. has developed a PCV Valve for all gasoline engines and has pasted inspection and testing by the California Air Resources Board and received by Executive Order D-677 on 1 September 2010 the test results that show our electronic PCV replacement for the standard PCV mandated in 1963 reduces Green House Gases by 90% in the Tested vehicles. We can reduce GHG up to 90% in all gasoline engines. Attached you will find the EO D-677 and wish for the Dept of Transportation to take note and support it's implementation and company information
