I LIVE ON WINTHROP SHORE DRIVE WE HAVE NO STORM DRAINS BECAUSE OF DRAINAGE INTO THE OCEAN THE REASON IS POLLUTANTS INTO THE OCEAN THE TOWN OF WINTHROP IS NOT ALLOWED TO DUMP SNOW INTO THE OCEAN WHY IS THE DCR REMOVING ALL THE PLOWED SNOW FROM THE STREET AND TOSSING IT OVER THE SEAWALL AT NIGHT WHEN ALL OUR STORM DRAINS HAVE BEEN CEMENTET SHUT FOR 30+ YEARS BECAUSE OF CONTAMINATION PLEASE RESPOND
