Revisions and Additions to Motor Vehicle Fuel Economy Label

I don't mind if the proposed new fuel economy label gets changed, but I still want to see the EPA ratings on mileage!!! I'm interested in estimated MPG as well as cost to own, carbon footprint, etc.
