1. On page 60055, last line of section V. Proposed High Speed Test states "Table 22 shows test parameters for the proposed high speed test"...then followed by Table 27...?... 2. The combination of increased speed, increased load, & reduced air pressure will change the mode of failure to a strictly heat related, rubber compound degradation test, due to excessive heat generation on a small diameter wheel. Any radial truck tire running less than 85 psi is basically "flat".
