I sent an email and failed to comment. I agree with the infomation being required to be placed on the sidewall of Medium Truck Tires. There is a retread process that takes the sidewall information off the sidewall, it is called Bead to Bead. When we retread the casing that was previously retreaded by a Bead to Bead retreader, we must assume his information was properly duplicated. Attached is an example where it was not.. The law you propose should require that the information can not be removed from the original casing sidewall. I sent some examples earlier.
