On the issue of systems that allow a driver to see what is behind the vehicle: It should not be limited to vehicles under 10,000 lbs. GVWR. All vehicles should have a mirror or video system that allows the driver to view from the ground at bumper leval to at least 12 feet out from the end of the vehicle. There is not a vehilce that does not at some point have to back up so therefore all vehicles should be equipted with visual backing aids.
