Perhaps one of the recommendations should be parental responsibility in teach children not to go behind a parked vehicle. Does anyone use any common sense in making these proposals? How much of my money has been spent to come up with this and how much more will be spent to implement and enforce. Mabe we can create a couple of thosand goverment jobs. Or better yet lets hire people to stand in front of everyones drive way.
