This is just going to raise the price of new cars and truck which will place the burden on the American people. Stop generating more regulations that companies have to follow and let the people who buy their products put the pressure on them. If there is an issue you can get they will end up in court now days. So why more regulations. We need less regualtions which will incourage growth and not kill it.
