This proposed rule should be passed at once, it is without a doubt one of if not the most important safety messures that apply to trucks and buses since the introduction of the seat belts. Every licensed 4-wheel vehicle that is built should have these devises installed on them, not only trucks and buses. We put them on every new piece of new equipment that we order, both power units and trailers and have from when they were introduced to the industry. This is simply a "no brainer" rule, it is simply put: a very good and inexpensive way to make our highways a safer place to be. Thank you for your time!
