Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Standard Comment: Are you guys wasting our money on this? Why is it necessary to conduct a study of this nature? There are all kinds of devices you can put inside and outside the car as well have them manufactured to prevent theft. Cars get stolen because people are desperate. I don't know that the make and model of the car will matter.
