Well first goodluck on theft all over the world people are breaking and entering to get what they want if you haven't notice people driving down the street lately are getting robbed for what they own if you wanna take care of this problem expiecially in indiana and chicago get police to do their job first their is so much violence killings shootings and armed robbery now and days and people are just getting probation or house arrest well look at family backround many people choose not to take care of their children and let them run wild rap music also pervokes kids to do drugs or drink for example you got two teenage boys 16 and 17 years of age listening to a song smoking a joint and robbing people because they just heard T.I or lil wayne say they did.one time and a kids hooked on stealing to get what they want.I honestly think if police did what they were suppose to do instead of looking like a hot shot infront of a fast food resturant things would have never got this far out of hand.
