I think the proposal to mandate black box recorders on all new cars in September of 2014 about drivers that can be made available to law enforcement, insurance companies and others violates an an individual's privacy. It could violate an individual's privacy by knowing how far they driving, when then driving and in my opinion is unnecessary. The implementation of the event recorder "black box" in newer cars on September 1, 2014 should be nixed.
