Re: [Docket No. NHTSA-2013-0001] RIN 21272127-Al29 Uniform Procedures for State Highway Traffic Safety (NHTSA), Department of Transportation (DOT) final rule; request for comments. I believe there has been a typographical error on Page 5016 within the "countermeasures grants portion" of the document Federal Highway Bill (Section 31105). It appears a comma was missed. One would assume that author meant to write, “drugs at least twice per day(,-comma) by continuous transdermal alcohol monitoring via an electronic monitoring device, or by an alternative method approved by NHTSA.
