I believe we and I mean all the people have the right to have a say into what you are ruling on. Our comments and thoughts can be important to all of us. This is not a dictatorship country. The NHTSA has made bad decisions before and the people have let you know about them. So the process should stay the same and the people should be able to have there comments heard before any decision is made. Fast tracking is wrong and our constitution gives the people rights. So I believe this is wrong and will continue to fight for our rights. Thanks Rick Boland
