To Whom It May Concern, I personally think this rule change should be adopted due to the fact many people in the workplace that I know from previous employers do not realize they have a legal right to form a union. This posting would clearly inform them of their rights. I sincerely hope for the working people of this nation that this rule is adopted. Thank you for your time. Brian Brath
