I'm running out of wall space! Here's another poster in a lawusit happen country anyway. Union membership has declined over the past 40 years due to companies going out of business due to expense and non competitive anymore and businesses have HAD to develop better practices to attract workers. virtually ALL the union workers are in the federal govt, where the average wage is now higher than industry! After over 30 years the NLRA was passed, now we want a poster?! I've worked in both union and nonunion shops and 995 of folks know their rights and understand, if we treat people fairly, pay them wll and involve them, we've all done our jobs. This is clearly an attempt by the NLRB to increase unionization in the private sector. Why not post them in all govt agencies as well? No sir, thanks, but we have plenty of regulation already and the vast majority of my employees are complaining about all the protection given people NOT at work due to ADA and FMLA! You are creating mediocrity.
