Notification of Employee Rights under the National Labor Relations Act

This proposed Rule is a refreshing contribution to the health of human rights. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is essentially international law, to which the USA is a signator. Implementing human rights law has always been a challenge in this country, founded on slavery, especially in the area of workers' rights.
