public comment on federal register of 11/15/07 vol 72 #220 pg 64187 attention sam rauch, patricia kurkul and brian hooker the scandal plagued us dept of commerce noaa division proposes docket 070717342-7504-01 on surf clam quahog quotas for 2008 2010. 50 cfr part 648 rin 0648-av42 it is clear that this us agency, fully under the control of commercial fish profiteers, does nothing to keep the american public from being hornswoggled by high quotas which lead to species decimation. the fish councils are all populated by those who cater to fish profiteers, who are raping the ocean to fatten their own wallets. the american public is getting scalped. fish species are becoming extinct one by one, in violation of magnuson stevens. that is what happens when you have corrupt government operating in sin city washington dc which thinks only of its own pockets being greased instead of the good of this country. what is going on right now in washington dc is a crime against the american people. their chilrdren's heritage is being stolen by these commercial fish profiteers. marine life is being starved to death. the stress on marine life trying to find food when you have far too many quotas stolen by these commercial fish profiteers is appalling. cut all quotas by 50% immiediately. b. sachau
