public comment on federal register of 11/15/07 vol 72 #220 pg 64186 50 cfr part 600 635 and rin 0648-au89 shark killing proposal by the scandal plagued us dept of commerce noaa division, which caters only to commercial fishermen and neglects any protection at all for the general american public. our ecology is shot due to the actions of this agency which truly fails every day to enforce magnuson stevens. all commercial fish profiteers should be banned from catching any shark at any time. the situation is critical right now. the failure to act to stop this shark catching is disgusting. noaa is in the pocket of commercial fish profiteers. our children's world is being stolen from them.
