public comment on federal register of 11/14/07 vol 72 #219 pg 64023 noaa 50 cfr part 648 docket 07103625-7626-01 rin 0648-xc84 scandal plagued us dept of commerce noaa has set its quotas in this proposal. they are as usual set for maximum taking for commercial fish profiteers, so large that the stocks can not successfully rebuild and so large that our children's heritage in these fish is being stolen every day, so that commercial fish profiteers can take it all and take it now. such management is foolhardy and devisious and crooked. i also find secret letters from congresspeople with constituencies in the fishing profiteering industry that raise quotas to be deceptive to the american public. the science says cut quotas. all quotas for all species should be cut by 50% now, it is time to protect the people of america, not the wallets of commercial fish profiteers. and to protect our children from teh rapaciousness of these commercial fish profiteers. letting these crooks steal everything is absolutely wrong and you are allowing that to happen every single day. b. sachau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
