I think this amendment is a fantastic idea. The fishery off the coast of SC will be decimated in the next 10 to 20 years unless there are more strict regluations put in place. Especially since the group takes so long to grow to matureity they will decline to the levels the warsaw group did in florida in the 80's and 90's. I'm all for this amendmant
