It appears that the people who attempt to make the laws know very little about fishing. the red snapper commercial law is ridiculous. Set a 4 fish limit any size and that is it. The mortality wether they are properly released is irrelevant. the Dolphins gather around any boat fishing rigs or reefs and jsut wait for you to release one and they are all over it. This limit thing is causing people to release 10 to 15 juveniles to keep 2 keepers. Unfortunately the juveniles are being eaten by the dolphins so this is creating another problem. So why not a 4 fish limit any size and no culling. This should help reduce mortality on undersized and help all concerned.
