I cannot believe you guys are going to let this happen. Do you all actually believe that the recreational fisherman has any impact close to the Commercial Fisher, you have to be kidding me. There nets destroy 1000's of marine animals including the Snapper and your gonna enforce this on the Recreational Fisher. Soon my kids will be able to keep nothing, probably because it won't be worth owning a boat. Unbelievable you guys are doing this. Joey Rodriguez
