public comment on federal register of 12/5/07 vol 72 #233 pg 68551 noaa 50 cfr part 622 dkt 071029623-7624-01 rin 0648-aw21 attention kate michie and kim iverson the scandal plagued us dept of commerce is examining the murderous killing of dolphins by commercial fishing profiteers. this fishing should be banned totally. catching dolphins and selling them to the public by calling them mahi mahi is also devious and scamming the public. none of this should be allowed. dolphins are intelligent creatures and do not deserve this wholesale decimation by profiteers. they belong to our chidlren's world in entirety instead of being wiped out by the overfishing allowed by this devious, scandalouis agency. who can have respect for an agency that totally ignores the citizenry of the us in favor of allowing commercial overfishing by profiteers who enrich only themselves. b.s achau 15 elm st florham park nj 07932
